Field’s “World’s Best” Pecan Pie originated in 1925 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma when two brothers, Lee and Julian Field opened a small restaurant. They persuaded their wives, Hazelle and Zora to cook pastries for their restaurant customers.
The same recipes Mrs. Hazelle Field used back then are still followed today.
It is available in the frozen food section of your favorite grocery store.
